At Nimit Associates, our vision for the KM Residence was clear from the very beginning—to craft a space that feels sophisticated, yet grounded in comfort. Right from the threshold, we wanted the entrance to set the tone—elegant, uncluttered, and quietly welcoming.

The living room, as the heart of the home, was designed to feel expansive yet intimate. Neutral tones, soft lighting, and layered materials work together to create an atmosphere of calm—one that holds space for everyday living as much as for celebration.

Moving into the dining and kitchen areas, we blended utility with design precision. The kitchen reflects clean geometry and modern finishes while maintaining an approachable functionality. The dining space, just adjacent, keeps the family connected—visually, emotionally, and spatially.

Each bedroom tells its own story. From playful patterns in the children’s room to the refined elegance of the master suite, our focus was on making every room feel intentional—personal, yet part of a cohesive whole. Textures, tones, and lighting were thoughtfully layered to evoke comfort and reflect personality. The bathroom, too, follows this narrative—streamlined yet luxurious in feel.
